RB Designs Ltd are a regular client of Tickbox Design. They specialise in Structural Engineering, Drawings for Building Regulations, party wall and planning applications.  

 

I produce planning permission drawings, which include:

​

  • Existing plans, external elevations and photos of the property

​

  • Proposed plans, external elevations and any required sections.

​

  • OS block to indicate the location and positioning of the extension or new property.

Tickbox have also started to produce drawings ready for building regulations.

 

RB Designs provide all structural calculations and material specifications and we then translate this information to produce plans and sections.

 

These drawings are then checked by RB Designs’ in-house building regulation specialist.
