CONCEPT CONSULTATION
I can’t wait to hear all about your project and help you visualise it in 3D.
If you are looking to get a 3D render drawn up to give you the confidence to move forward or if you are requiring design advice, I am happy to guide you through these steps in order to make considered decisions.
I can offer time and money saving solutions whilst advising you on important design principals. We can work together to produce beautiful and aesthetically designed spaces that work for you and your lifestyle.
To kick off the design process ideally we would meet to discus initial ideas, requirements and your style direction.
I can assist you through this all-important first stage, suggesting ideas on design possibilities. Getting a really good feel for your project and discussing your budget will help to figure out where you would like to focus your funds.
This meeting will also give us a good opportunity for me to explain my services in more detail, which we can then tailor to suit you.
DESIGN & PLANNING
Once I have a clear scope of your project and depending on the level of design assistance you require, I will conduct a full site survey.
I will measure up the rooms that you would like me to work on, take photos of the space and record any items you a wanting to retain and incorporate into your final design.

We can discuss materials, finishings, colours and textures. You may wish to share objects and images that will contribute towards inspiring your space.
Equipped with this information I will then begin to draw and plan your space. Once we have hit on a layout that works for you, I will produce a set of full working drawings.
These can be passed onto your Architect/Structural Engineer or Builder. I can also help you to design bespoke furniture to give your project that next level of individuality. Joinery packs can be issued to tradesmen and costings can be gathered.
3D VISUALS
I will produce a series of 3D renders exploring spatial options and developing ideal configurations. This will give you a sense of how your space can be visually enhanced and perform better for you.

A virtual 3D walk-through video will allow you to place yourself within your future space. You will be able to see sight lines, natural light effects and overall spatial flow. This gives you the opportunity to tweak and adjust the design to maximise its potential before committing.

These renders will help you to visualise your project as a whole and realise your creative style with confidence.
